Rob McGrath is the founder and Managing Director of Overbay Capital Partners. He leads the investment team and is responsible for the overall management of the firm. Prior to founding Overbay in 2016, Rob spent twelve years as an advisor to leading secondary funds, helping them source proprietary deals. Over this period, he completed more than 700 transactions representing over $20 billion of value. Rob holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Queen's University and a Master of Science degree in Accounting & Finance from the London School of Economics.
