Bijal Patel is the Chief Administrative Officer at Overbay Capital Partners, where he works across the firm’s strategic and operational initiatives, including corporate strategy, finance, legal and regulatory matters. He works closely with the firm’s leadership on strategic partnerships, new business initiatives, and the continued growth and development of the Overbay platform.
Prior to joining Overbay, Bijal was CFO and Head of Private Capital at Nicola Wealth, where he also served on the Private Capital Investment Committee. Previously, he held senior executive roles at HomeEquity Bank and CIBC. Bijal holds an LL.B. from Osgoode Hall Law School and an MBA from the Schulich School of Business.
