Daniel Hofer is an Associate at Overbay Capital Partners and is a member of the investment team. Prior to Overbay, Daniel was an Investment Banking Associate on the M&A team at National Bank Capital Markets, focusing on private company transactions. Daniel holds an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration (with Distinction) from Lazaridis School of Business at Wilfrid Laurier University and an Honours Bachelor of Mathematics (Dean's Honours) from the University of Waterloo.
